Ticket Exchanges

If a patron needs to change their tickets to a different date, you can do a ticket exchange. Here's how:

   Step 1:

   Click on Ticketing and then plus (+) button next to Orders to create a new order.

   Step 2:

   Select "Exchange" from the top of the new order drawer.

   Step 3:

   Select the patron

   Step 4:

   Check the tickets they want to exchange

   Step 5:

   Select the new event and ticket types

What if the new tickets are more expensive?

If the ticket exchange results in an amount due because the new tickets are more expensive you can take payment over the phone, send a payment link, or you can choose to comp the difference by setting the payment method to FREE.
